Supplemental Terms updates

To enhance clarity and streamline legal documents, Cisco updated our Supplemental Terms covering buying programs on November 18, 2025.

The Supplemental Terms introduce new programmatic concepts for increased value and flexibility in Enterprise Agreement 3.0, such as Commit and Overage consumption model and technology migration. We have also significantly reduced the Buying Program Offer Descriptions (BPODs) for all of our end user buying programs.

These updates result in a shorter, simplified contract. Additionally, all commercial information relating to buying programs are now centralized and easy to find, on Cisco’s Buying Programs website.

General Terms updates

September 10, 2025

Building on our existing transparency initiatives, and to provide even greater clarity on how Cisco processes and protects data, we’ve updated our General Terms to align with new General Disclosures and Offer Disclosures that were introduced on September 10, 2025 on Cisco’s Trust Portal. Our ongoing data strategy initiatives, including EU Data Act compliance, are designed not only to meet regulatory standards, but also to enable our customers to make informed decisions and build deeper trust.

Also, as of September 10, 2025, the Cisco General Terms also apply to your purchase of Cisco-branded Services, further simplifying your contract experience.

These changes ensure our terms remain current and compliant, reflecting our dedication to data integrity and customer trust.
